Miniware MHP30 Mini Hot Plate Preheater

The Miniware MHP30 is an ultra-compact smart constant-temperature preheating station designed for desoldering, reflow soldering, and component rework. Powered via standard USB-PD at up to 60W, it provides rapid and uniform heating across a 30mm by 30mm surface. It is an ideal space-saving tool for electronics hobbyists, makers, and repair technicians.

Pocket-sized tower form factor

Standing just 5.2cm tall with a total weight of 82g, this miniature heating station replaces bulky benchtop preheaters. Its 30mm by 30mm effective heating area delivers focused thermal output without wasting energy or workspace.

Rapid 60W USB-PD heating

Powered by USB Power Delivery protocols at up to 20V, the preheater delivers a maximum output of 60W. It heats from room temperature (26°C) to 300°C in only 150 seconds, with an adjustable operating range between 100°C and 350°C.

Separable nano-ceramic hot plate

The modular BS30 heating element detaches from the controller for straightforward replacement and storage. It features a brass body with a smooth nano-ceramic coating for even heat transfer, mounted via a hollow stainless steel bracket.

Live temperature display and colour alerts

An integrated screen displays real-time heating element temperature to ensure precise thermal monitoring. A built-in true-colour LED shifts hue dynamically as the unit heats and cools to show thermal status at a glance.

Fold-out anti-slip support feet

A pair of spreadable support feet at the base deploy to provide stable, slip-resistant support on your workbench during high-temperature jobs.

Configurable smart modes and protection

The controller features user-adjustable settings including temperature presets, tilt protection, power wake-up, and automatic sleep. Firmware is fully upgradeable to support ongoing operational enhancements.
