Description
The Miniware 4-Channel Mini Oscilloscope is a portable digital storage oscilloscope featuring two analogue and two digital channels with up to 100MSa/s real-time sampling. Powered by an ARM Cortex M3 processor and FPGA control, it is ideal for electronics students, STEM educators, repair technicians, and makers requiring capable test equipment on the go.
ARM Cortex and FPGA architecture
Built with an ARM Cortex M3 core and FPGA-managed data caching, the unit provides four dedicated application partitions for running and updating firmware. An integrated 8MB USB drive allows users to save waveforms directly in BMP, BUF, or CSV formats and perform quick system updates.

Ultra-compact handheld design
Measuring just 99.5 x 58.5 x 13.5 mm—approximately 1/62 the size of a standard benchtop oscilloscope—this device is powered by an internal 1000mAh rechargeable battery. Complete device navigation and parameter adjustment are handled using four push buttons and two rotary encoders.

High-speed real-time sampling
The oscilloscope captures signals at a real-time sampling rate of up to 100MSa/s without relying on equivalent-time sampling. This provides reliable capture of transient waveform details across its 4*4K sample memory depth.

Flexible multi-channel inputs and generator
Equipped with two analogue and two digital input channels, the unit also features a built-in signal generator output. The generator supplies square waves from 10Hz to 8MHz alongside sine, triangle, and sawtooth waves from 10Hz to 20kHz with customisable frequency and duty cycle.

Low-noise precision measurement
An optimised analogue front-end circuit reduces the noise floor to deliver reliable readings with 2% voltage accuracy and 1 per mille frequency accuracy. Users can measure signals using automated parameters or manual time and amplitude cursors.

Practical educational and field utility
Well suited for school electronics labs, field maintenance, and prototyping, the package includes the four-channel oscilloscope, two switchable X1/X10 probes, a USB cable, a hex wrench, and instructions.
