LattePanda 5MP UVC Camera

The LattePanda 5MP UVC Camera is a compact, plug-and-play image sensor module designed for embedded vision and daily computing tasks. It is ideal for makers, students, and developers building AI vision, face recognition, or object tracking projects on LattePanda single-board computers, PCs, or Android devices.

High-resolution OV5640 sensor

Equipped with an OV5640 image sensor, this 5-megapixel module captures static images at resolutions up to 2592 x 1944. It features a 72-degree field of view and supports both MJPEG and YUV output formats.

Driver-free UVC plug and play

Operating as a standard USB Video Class (UVC) device over USB 2.0, the camera requires no manual driver installation on Windows 10, Linux, or Android. It also features OTG support for simple integration with compatible host hardware.

Integrated auto-focus and low-light correction

The module includes built-in auto-focus and automatic low-light correction to maintain clear imaging across varied lighting conditions. This makes it well suited for computer vision workloads, AI applications, or standard webcam use.

LattePanda board compatibility

This camera module is fully compatible with the LattePanda Alpha, LattePanda Delta, and LattePanda 3 Delta boards. It runs on a 5V power supply with a 140mA operating current.

Slim form factor and operating range

Measuring just 9mm by 62mm, the slim strip module easily mounts into tight project enclosures. It operates across a temperature range of -30 to 70 degrees Celsius and is supplied with a 1-metre USB 2.0 cable.
