The Industrial pH Electrode with Armor Casing is a rugged sensor designed for accurate, continuous acidity and alkalinity measurements across the full 0 to 14 pH scale. Fitted with an anti-clogging reference system and a 5-metre cable, it is ideal for makers, educators, and engineers managing automated water monitoring and industrial wastewater applications.

Low-impedance glass membrane

The probe utilizes a sensitive, low-impedance glass membrane that delivers a fast 10-second response time and thermal stability across operating temperatures from 0 to 60°C. It exhibits strong reproducibility, resists hydrolysis, and effectively eliminates alkali errors during measurement.

Anti-fouling reference design

Equipped with an Ag/AgCl gel electrolyte salt bridge and a ring PTFE membrane, the reference system resists contamination and clogging. This stable half-cell design enables reliable, long-term online immersion in demanding fluids.

Harsh fluid compatibility

The electrode is built to handle challenging fluid monitoring tasks, including domestic sewage, printing effluents, circuit board factory processes, and chromium-bearing wastewater streams.

Measurement performance and accuracy

The electrode maintains precision within 0.02 pH and a daily drift of 0.02 pH or less over 24 hours. It features an equipotential point of pH 7±0.5, an electrode slope of at least 95%, and membrane resistance below 200 megaohms.

BNC connection and dimensions

The unit comes with an integrated 5-metre cable terminated with a standard BNC connector for broad hardware compatibility. With its protective armor casing attached, the probe measures 17.7 cm in length and 2.74 cm in diameter.
