Description
The Industrial Intelligent Non-contact Liquid Level Sensor provides precise capacitive level detection through container walls without touching the liquid inside. Rated IP67 and housed in flame-retardant PC-V0 material, it is an ideal solution for makers, educators, and engineers monitoring harsh chemicals, viscous liquids, or sealed tanks with 5V microcontrollers like Arduino.
One-touch automatic sensitivity calibration
An onboard sensitivity memory function allows fast setup using an external push button. Simply ensure liquid is present at the detection point and press the button once; within 3 to 5 seconds, the sensor automatically calibrates and locks in optimal sensitivity for the container wall.

Non-contact measurement through non-metallic walls
Mounting externally to plastic, glass, or ceramic containers up to 10mm thick, the sensor eliminates physical fluid contact. This non-invasive design prevents chemical corrosion from strong acids and alkalis while keeping food, medical, and beverage setups hygienic and contamination-free.
Viscous fluid and foam compensation
Using an integrated high-precision IC, the sensor detects low-conductivity liquids (≤50ms) and compensates for residual films, moisture, or surface foam. It delivers reliable level detection with substances such as milk, honey, latex, blood, and engine oil.
Rugged IP67 and PC-V0 housing
Built for demanding industrial and outdoor environments, the enclosure is moulded from PC-V0 fire-retardant material with IP67 dust and water ingress protection. It operates across -25°C to +85°C with less than 20% temperature drift and features a real-time status LED.

Versatile industrial and appliance integration
The sensor suits water shortage protection in coffee machines and dispensers, liquid management in medical devices, and fluid monitoring in high-pressure or sealed toxic storage tanks. Its simple digital high/low output integrates directly with standard 5V logic controllers.

Detection and electrical specifications
Operating at 5V DC with a current consumption of ≤10mA±2mA, the sensor delivers an output current up to 100mA with a response time under 100ms. It achieves level accuracy within ±3mm through wall thicknesses up to 10mm and includes a 50cm connection cable.
