HPS-3D160-U Area Array LiDAR (160×60, USB, IP67)

The HPS-3D160-U is a solid-state Time-of-Flight (ToF) area array LiDAR sensor designed for accurate spatial perception. It provides depth sensing up to 12 metres via a standard USB interface, making it ideal for robotics developers, makers, and automated system designers.

Solid-state area array resolution

The sensor features a 160x60 depth resolution using solid-state Time-of-Flight technology. This provides reliable 3D point cloud and depth data without moving mechanical parts.

Wide field of view and range

It offers a 76° horizontal by 32° vertical field of view with a detection range reaching up to 12 metres. This wide coverage assists in obstacle avoidance and volume measurement.

High dynamic range modes

Integrated HDR modes allow the sensor to adapt to varied lighting environments and diverse target reflectivities. This ensures consistent depth data acquisition across challenging scenes.

Rugged IP67-rated enclosure

The unit is enclosed in an IP67 housing, protecting the internal optics and electronics from dust and water ingress. This makes it suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor deployments.

Direct USB connectivity

Communication and data transfer are handled directly over a USB interface. This allows straightforward integration with host computers, single-board computers, and development platforms.
