Targeted multi-chip passive cooling

The set features three precision-sized heatsinks tailored to fit the primary integrated circuits on the Raspberry Pi 3B+ board. By providing dedicated coverage for the main processor, network controller, and power management chips, it reduces heat accumulation during continuous operation.

Dual-material thermal conductivity

The pack combines a slim copper plate for rapid heat transfer with finned aluminium heatsinks that expand surface area for passive air cooling. The entire three-piece set weighs just 4g, keeping overall build weight to a minimum.

Pre-applied thermal adhesive backing

Each heatsink comes with pre-applied thermal adhesive tape to ensure firm, reliable contact with board components. This allows for quick, tool-free installation without the need for separate thermal paste.

Tailored heatsink dimensions

The kit includes one large black aluminium heatsink measuring 14 x 14 x 7mm, one small black aluminium heatsink measuring 9 x 9 x 5mm, and one separate copper heatsink measuring 12 x 12 x 1mm.
