The Heatsink Kit for Raspberry Pi 4B provides effective passive cooling to protect your board from chip overheating during intensive workloads. Made from oxidation-resistant aluminium, this kit is an essential add-on for makers, educators, and hobbyists running continuous projects.
Aluminium construction
Constructed from lightweight aluminium, these heatsinks provide high thermal conductivity and excellent resistance to oxidation. They help draw heat away from essential processing components to prevent thermal throttling.
Slotted surface profile
Each heatsink features a slotted fin design on its top surface. This grooved geometry increases the available surface area to facilitate efficient heat dissipation into the surrounding air.
Pre-applied adhesive backing
The heatsinks are equipped with pre-applied adhesive on the rear for fast, hassle-free application. Simply peel and press the heatsinks directly onto the corresponding chips.
Board-matched component sizing
The set includes four pieces sized specifically for the Raspberry Pi 4B: one 14.4 x 14.0 mm unit, one 14.3 x 9.9 mm unit, and two 9.1 x 9.1 mm units.
