Description
The Gravity: Liquid Flow Sensor is a dedicated monitoring module designed to accurately measure fluid movement. It is ideal for makers, students, and hobbyists building automated watering systems, smart beverage dispensers, or environmental monitoring projects.
Targeted flow measurement range
This sensor monitors liquid flow rates between 0.3 and 5 litres per minute. It is suited for low-to-medium flow rate applications requiring consistent data collection.
Standard G1/4 threaded interface
Equipped with standard G1/4 threaded ports, the unit connects easily to compatible tubing and plumbing fixtures. This allows for straightforward installation without specialised adapters.
NPN pulse output signal
The sensor generates an NPN pulse output corresponding to fluid movement. Microcontrollers can read these digital pulses directly to calculate instantaneous flow rate and total volume.
Wide operating voltage support
Operating across a 3.5V to 24V supply range, the module accommodates various power setups. It integrates smoothly with standard Gravity-compatible systems and microcontroller development boards.
