Description

The Gravity: ICP-10111 Pressure Sensor is a high-precision barometric pressure and temperature module capable of resolving altitude shifts as fine as 8.5 cm. Based on TDK MEMS capacitive technology, it combines ultra-low power consumption with industry-leading relative accuracy. It is ideal for makers, students, and engineers developing drone altitude-hold systems, indoor navigation aids, and vertical speed trackers.

Sub-decimetre altitude tracking

The sensor delivers a relative pressure accuracy of ±1 Pa (±0.01 hPa) across 950 hPa to 1050 hPa at 25°C, enabling vertical height differential measurements as small as 8.5 cm. This level of precision allows projects to detect movement smaller than the height of a single stair step.

Low-noise MEMS capacitive design

With pressure noise as low as 0.4 Pa and an onboard temperature sensor for automatic compensation, the board provides clean, reliable readings. It achieves a temperature coefficient offset of ±0.5 Pa/°C and absolute temperature measurement accuracy of ±0.4°C for long-term operational stability.

Low-noise MEMS capacitive design

Simple I2C microcontroller integration

The module operates over a 3.3V to 5.5V supply at less than 2mA current draw and communicates via I2C at address 0x63. Its compact 30 mm by 22 mm footprint ensures straightforward mounting in space-sensitive enclosures.

Simple I2C microcontroller integration

Versatile robotics and navigation uses

Covering a 30 kPa to 110 kPa pressure range between -40°C and 85°C, this board is well suited for UAV height control, sports tracking, vertical speed calculation, and augmented reality systems.

Included accessories

The package comes complete with one Gravity: ICP-10111 Pressure Sensor board and one standard 2.54 mm 4-pin sensor connector cable.
