Description
This multifunctional Gravity environmental sensor integrates five high-accuracy sensing elements into a single compact board to measure temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, ambient light, and ultraviolet intensity. Equipped with an onboard processing microcontroller, it converts raw data directly into standard engineering units. It is ideal for students, makers, and educators building indoor or outdoor weather monitoring stations without complex wiring.
Five environmental sensors in one
The module integrates an SHTC3 temperature and humidity sensor, BMP280 barometric pressure sensor, VEML7700 ambient light sensor, and an LTR390-UV-01 ultraviolet sensor. Each dedicated chip is positioned with thermal isolation in mind to maintain high measurement accuracy.

Onboard MCU data conversion
An integrated MCU chip processes raw sensor data directly into standard units such as degrees Celsius, percentage relative humidity, kilopascals, lux, and milliwatts per square centimetre. This pre-processing streamlines code development for microcontrollers.
Flexible I2C and UART interfaces
The board supports both I2C and UART communication modes and uses a solderless Gravity 4-pin interface for plug-and-play prototyping. Complete Arduino and Python software libraries are available for fast integration.
Operating parameters and form factor
Operating from 3.3V to 5V DC with a typical current draw of roughly 4mA, the board measures 32mm by 32mm and functions across temperatures from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. It includes standard M3 mounting holes spaced 25mm apart for easy enclosure installation.
Included package contents
The kit includes one Gravity multifunctional environmental sensor module and one Gravity 4-pin connecting cable.
