Gravity: Digital piranha LED module - Yellow

The Gravity: Digital piranha LED module (Yellow) is an easy-to-use visual indicator designed for interactive electronic projects and sensor experiments. Operating across 3.3V to 5V logic, it is well suited to students, makers, and educators prototyping with Arduino-compatible systems.

Digital and PWM control

The LED is driven using a standard digital pin that switches on with a LOW signal and off with a HIGH signal. It also supports PWM output, allowing you to fine-tune the illumination brightness directly from your microcontroller.

Optical output and viewing angle

This module features a yellow piranha LED emitting at a dominant wavelength of 585 nm to 594 nm. It provides wide visual coverage with a 65-degree viewing angle for clear signalling in interactive installations.

Flexible supply voltage

With an operating voltage range of 3.3V to 5V, the module integrates smoothly with both 3.3V and 5V development boards. The pin layout features standard digital control, power supply, and ground connections.

Compact form factor

Measuring 30 mm by 22 mm and weighing only 5 g, the board easily fits into compact robotics chassis and educational project enclosures.

Included connection cable

The package includes one yellow piranha LED module and one dedicated digital cable (FIT0011) for solderless connection to your expansion shield.
