Description
The Gravity: Digital Piranha LED Module (Red) is a compact, plug-and-play visual indicator designed for microcontroller projects. It operates on 3.3V to 5V systems and is well suited for students, educators, and makers building interactive Arduino light displays.
Digital logic and PWM dimming
The module connects directly to a digital microcontroller pin, switching on with a LOW signal and off with a HIGH signal. Brightness can also be finely controlled by providing a PWM output.
Optical and electrical specifications
The integrated red Piranha LED operates within a 3.3V to 5V supply range. It emits light at a dominant wavelength of 620nm to 630nm across a wide 65-degree viewing angle.
Compact layout and pinout
Weighing only 5g and measuring 30mm by 22mm, the module integrates smoothly into tight builds. The board features three dedicated pins for digital control, power, and ground.
