Description

The Gravity: Analog Water Pressure Sensor measures liquid or non-corrosive gas pressure up to 1.6 MPa, acting as an electronic diagnostic tool for pipe systems and tanks. It outputs a linear 0.5 to 4.5 V analogue signal designed for direct compatibility with 5 V Arduino microcontrollers, making it ideal for makers, educators, and IoT developers building smart water management systems.

Standard Gravity 3-pin analogue output

Operating on a standard +5 VDC input, the sensor provides a 0.5 to 4.5 V linear voltage output that connects directly to Arduino analogue pins. Using the standard Gravity 3-pin interface (Signal-VCC-GND) and the included 1 m cable, it allows straightforward, solderless wiring when paired with an IO expansion shield.

Robust pressure measurement range

The sensor measures non-corrosive liquid and gas pressures ranging from 0 to 1.6 MPa with an accuracy of 0.5% to 1% FS. It withstands standard operating pressures up to 2.0 MPa and has a burst damage threshold of 3.0 MPa or higher.

Industrial threading and IP68 protection

Constructed with native G1/4 threading, the unit comes pre-fitted with a G1/2 to G1/4 adapter to suit common pipe fittings. It carries an IP68 waterproof rating, operates across -20 to 85 degrees Celsius, and is rated for a service life of up to 10 million cycles.

Versatile water and tank monitoring

This sensor is suited for monitoring residential plumbing, garden irrigation, and farm water lines, as well as outdoor environments like lakes and rivers. Combined with solenoid valves and flow meters, it enables automated pump diagnostics, leak detection, and tank level monitoring.
