Gravity: Analog Steam & Water Sensor

The Gravity: Analog Steam & Water Sensor is a moisture detection module designed to measure steam, water droplets, and surface humidity. It suits students, educators, and makers building weather monitors, smart home systems, and automation projects.

Versatile moisture detection

The sensor measures moisture from multiple environmental sources. It detects steam, liquid water droplets, and general surface humidity across its exposed sensing tracks.

Wide input voltage support

The module supports standard 3.3V and 5V power rails. This makes it straightforward to integrate with both low-power 3.3V boards and standard 5V microcontrollers.

Analogue signal output

The board provides a continuous 0 to 4.5V analogue output proportional to the amount of detected moisture. Microcontrollers can read this varying voltage directly via an analogue input pin.

Standard Gravity interface

Designed for clean prototyping, the sensor integrates into the standard Gravity ecosystem. This allows easy connection to compatible microcontroller expansion shields without complex wiring.
