Gravity: 8-Digital LED Segment Display Module (Red)

The Gravity 8-Digital LED Segment Display Module features an eight-digit, seven-segment red readout driven via I2C communication. Compatible with the standard Gravity interface, it is well suited for students, hobbyists, and makers needing to show numerical data such as sensor readings, clocks, or counters. It runs on a 5V DC supply and supports adjustable brightness for clear visibility.

Eight digit red numeric display

The module features an 8-segment by 8-digit red LED configuration for clear numeric readouts. It supports multi-level brightness adjustment to adapt to different lighting conditions.

Simple Gravity I2C communication

Connecting over standard I2C pins, this module integrates seamlessly with Gravity-compatible microcontrollers. It supports four selectable slave addresses, allowing multiple displays on a shared I2C bus.

Robust operating specifications

Operating at standard 5V DC, the board is designed to function reliably in operating temperatures ranging from -40 deg C to +85 deg C. It can also withstand storage temperatures from -55 deg C to +125 deg C.

Compact physical dimensions

The digital tube measures 10.1 x 1.9 cm and is fitted onto a PCB measuring 11.7 x 2.2 cm for straightforward mounting in projects and enclosures.
