The Gravity: 8-Digital LED Segment Display Module is an eight-digit, green seven-segment display designed for straightforward numeric readout. It uses standard I2C communication and Gravity pinouts, making it an ideal choice for makers, students, and hobbyists building digital clocks, scoreboards, and sensor monitors.

Eight-digit green segment layout

The module features an 8-segment by 8-digit tube layout that emits a clear green display, ideal for showing multi-digit numbers, timers, and telemetry data.

I2C bus with selectable addresses

It communicates over standard I2C lines and offers four selectable slave addresses, allowing multiple display units to share the same bus without pin conflicts.

Multi-level brightness control

On-board brightness adjustment allows you to fine-tune the display intensity to suit ambient lighting conditions in your project enclosure or classroom setup.

Gravity interface and 5V operation

Operating at DC 5V, the module plugs directly into compatible microcontrollers using the supplied Gravity 4-pin I2C connector cable.

Module dimensions and thermal limits

With a digital tube size of 10.1 x 1.9 cm on an 11.7 x 2.2 cm PCB, the module operates reliably across temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C.
