Continuous round-the-clock monitoring

The industrial-grade probe supports 24/7 continuous immersion with an expected lifespan exceeding 4,380 hours (more than six months). It accurately detects across the complete 0 to 14 pH scale in operating temperatures from 0 to 60°C.

Precision two-point calibration

Achieving an accuracy of ±0.1 pH at 25°C, the system pairs with a software library that automatically detects standard 4.0 and 7.0 buffer solutions. Hardware filtering on the transmitter board ensures a stable, low-jitter output signal.

Microcontroller compatibility and wiring

The V2 signal conversion board operates across a 3.3V to 5.5V input range and produces a 0 to 3.0V output, making it directly compatible with 3.3V and 5V controllers such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and LattePanda via standard Gravity and BNC interfaces.

Installation and maintenance precautions

To prevent inaccurate readings, keep the BNC interface clean and dry, and use the included nylon pillars to mount the conversion board away from damp surfaces. Avoid scratching the probe glass bulb, and store the electrode with its 3.3 mol/L KCl protective solution cap attached.

Complete kit hardware package

The package includes an industrial pH probe with a 500 cm lead, the V2 pH transmitter board, a Gravity analog sensor cable, waterproof gaskets, a BNC connector screw cap, and M3 nylon pillars with matching screws.
