Description
The Fermion MicroSD Card Module is a compact storage breakout designed to add external memory to development platforms. Operating at 5V via an SPI interface, it is ideal for students, hobbyists, and makers building projects that require large data storage on microcontrollers such as the Arduino UNO and Mega.
Expanded storage for microcontroller projects
This breakout module enables development boards with limited onboard memory to read and write to MicroSD (TF) cards. It supports high-capacity storage requirements for applications such as data logging, audio, video, and graphics.
Standard SPI interface and 5V power
The module runs on a 5V power supply and communicates using a standard SPI interface. This ensures direct compatibility with standard 5V microcontrollers, including the Arduino UNO and Arduino Mega.
Compact size and shield compatibility
Measuring 20 x 28 mm, the breakout easily fits into tight builds and enclosures. Its pinout is fully compatible with the DFRobot IO Expansion Shield V7 for quick connection.
What is in the box
The package includes one MicroSD card module breakout for Arduino.
