The Fermion GR10-30 Gesture Sensor is a compact non-contact detection breakout designed for interactive electronics and touchless controls. Supporting dual communication interfaces and up to 12 distinct gesture recognitions, it is well suited for students, hobbyists, and makers building touch-free user interfaces.

Twelve gesture recognition modes

The sensor reliably recognises up to 12 distinct gestures for intuitive, touch-free system interaction. This functionality enables rich gesture-based navigation and control in embedded builds.

Stable 30cm detection range

Capable of non-contact tracking from 0 cm up to 30 cm, the module provides stable detection across close-range applications. This span is ideal for desktop controllers, interactive installations, and proximity triggers.

Dual UART and I2C interfaces

The board features selectable UART and I2C communication protocols to simplify connection to microcontrollers and development boards. This dual-interface capability allows for flexible hardware integration.

Compact breakout form factor
