EL Wire - Light Blue

Light Blue EL Wire is a flexible 3-metre electroluminescent lighting cable designed to deliver a smooth, uniform 360-degree glow without visible hotspots. Powered by high-voltage AC inverters, it is ideal for makers, cosplayers, and hobbyists creating wearable electronics, decorative signage, and stage props.

Continuous 360-degree uniform glow

Sealed inside a transparent protective tube, the phosphor-coated core emits an unbroken line of light around its entire circumference. The flexible 3mm diameter bends smoothly around sharp corners, complex curves, and irregular surfaces without disrupting light output.

Broad AC inverter compatibility

The wire supports operating voltages from 20V to 220V AC across a frequency band of 50Hz to 5000Hz. Optimal brightness between 30 cd/m² and 126 cd/m² is achieved at 120V within the 1500Hz to 2000Hz range.

Efficient power and operating life

Consuming just 108 mW/m to 1032 mW/m, this cable is well-suited for portable, battery-powered installations. It provides an operational lifespan of approximately 5,000 hours at 100V and 400Hz, with a working temperature range of -10°C to +60°C.
