The DFRduino M0 Mainboard is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 development board designed for enhanced processing performance. Featuring Arduino compatibility and standard 5V logic, it suits makers, students, and developers building advanced embedded systems and sensor-rich projects.
32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 processing
Powered by a 72MHz Nuvoton microcontroller, the board delivers fast 32-bit processing capabilities for computational tasks. This architecture offers a substantial performance upgrade over traditional 8-bit microcontrollers.
Native 5V logic level
The board operates at 5V logic, ensuring direct hardware compatibility with standard 5V sensors, modules, and Arduino shields without requiring external logic level shifters.
Extensive pin breakout
A total of 31 GPIO pins are broken out across the board. This provides generous input and output capacity for complex multi-device prototypes.
Dual UART, SPI and I2C buses
Dedicated communication hardware includes dual UART ports, SPI, and I2C interfaces. These standard protocols facilitate easy integration with a wide variety of digital peripherals and communication modules.
Dedicated XBee and IIS support
