Circular Force Sensor (Diameter: 7.6mm, 30g-1.5kg, Thickness: 0.3mm)

The RP-C7.6-ST is an ultra-thin circular flexible pressure sensor featuring a 7.6mm diameter sensing area and a 30g to 1.5kg force detection range. It converts applied mechanical pressure into a measurable change in electrical resistance with a response time of under 10ms. This sensor is an ideal choice for makers, students, and engineers developing micro-robotics, wearable devices, and medical electronics.

Ultra-thin compact dimensions

With a thickness of only 0.3mm and a 7.6mm circular profile, the sensor fits easily into space-constrained assemblies. Its flexible construction and short-leg termination allow seamless integration into micro-robotics and custom enclosures.

Piezoresistive force response

The sensor pairs a nanometre pressure-sensitive layer with a conductive circuit layer, lowering output resistance as applied force increases. It triggers at 30g from an initial resistance greater than 10MΩ and scales smoothly up to 1.5kg.

Dynamic pressure tracking

Capable of measuring both static loads and dynamic pressures at frequencies up to 10Hz, it provides rapid force feedback for responsive control systems. It operates stably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C without generating electromagnetic interference.

Durable multi-layer construction

Engineered for longevity, the flexible film structure is rated for over one million actuation cycles with a hysteresis of +10% at 1000g. It is suited for applications such as smart footwear, bed monitoring mats, pressure-activated switches, and medical tools.
