Efficient active thermal management

An aluminium alloy heatsink paired with dissipation fins quickly draws heat away from the processor. The integrated low-noise fan reaches speeds up to 4000 RPM to maintain stable operating temperatures under load.

Built from corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy with a double ball bearing fan, this 69g cooler ensures long-term operational reliability and supports wall-mounted setups.

Optimised thermal interface

The cooler comes fitted with high-quality phase change material that maximises thermal conductivity between the LattePanda Mu CPU and the heatsink base.

Standard 4-pin electrical connection

Operating at 5V with a 0.35A current draw, the fan connects directly via a 105mm cable terminated with a PH2.0-4P interface.

Spring-screw mounting procedure

Three spring-loaded screws secure the cooler to the module. Ensure power is off before installation and tighten the screws evenly in a circular sequence to prevent uneven pressure on the processor.
