Pre-applied thermal adhesive backing
The heat sink comes fitted with US-made 3M-8810 thermal adhesive tape, eliminating the need for messy thermal paste or conduction glue. Simply peel away the blue protective film and press the heat sink directly onto the chip for a durable, long-lasting hold.
Lightweight aluminium construction
Manufactured from silver aluminium, the unit measures 13 x 13 x 7mm (0.51 x 0.51 x 0.28 inches) and weighs just 1.75g. Its finned design maximizes surface area to dissipate heat efficiently in compact enclosures.
Stepper driver and IC compatibility
