Description

Operating across an input range of 1.8V to 4.5V, this module is optimised for two AA batteries. It continues to supply power effectively even as cell voltage declines.
Steady 5V output up to 1A
It steps up battery voltage to a fixed 5V rail capable of delivering up to 1A of output current. This supplies adequate current for sensors, small motors, and development boards.
Integrated onboard power switch
