Description
This 7-inch HDMI display features a 1024x600 resolution LCD screen paired with a responsive 5-point capacitive touchscreen overlay. It is ideal for makers, students, and hobbyists looking to add an interactive display to their Raspberry Pi, LattePanda, or PC projects.
Five-point driverless capacitive touch
The capacitive touch panel supports up to five simultaneous touch points for smooth gesture input. Built-in USB driver-free technology allows it to function immediately like a standard mouse or keyboard without manual driver installation.
Broad compatibility and direct board mounting
The screen supports Windows, Linux, and macOS, making it compatible with LattePanda, Raspberry Pi, and other HDMI video sources. Built-in rear mounting holes also allow you to mount compatible boards directly to the back of the display.
USB power and adjustable backlight
The display is powered directly through its USB and HDMI interfaces without requiring a separate standalone power supply. Backlight brightness can be adjusted easily via an integrated potentiometer located on the back of the module.
Compact high-resolution display specifications
Featuring a 1024x600 resolution and a 43Hz refresh frequency, the panel provides clear visual output over standard HDMI. It operates at 5V with an operating current ranging from 160mA up to a maximum of 1200mA.
Power requirements and included hardware
When powered via a Raspberry Pi, ensure the external power supply delivers at least 1.5A at 5V to maintain full touch sensitivity. The unit comes complete with Raspberry Pi HDMI adapters, M2.5 standoffs, and machine screws for assembly.
