64x32 Flexible RGB LED Matrix Display (5mm Pitch)

The 64x32 Flexible RGB LED Matrix Display is a bendable full-colour panel packing 2048 bright LEDs across a 320x160mm active display area. Featuring a 5mm pixel pitch and flexible PCB backing, it is ideal for makers, educators, and designers creating curved visual installations, wearable tech, and interactive digital signage.

Flexible construction for curved surfaces

Built on a soft PCB substrate, this module conforms to curved surfaces, cylindrical pillars, and non-flat enclosures where rigid displays cannot fit. To prevent permanent damage, the panel must not be bent beyond 30 degrees or subjected to repeated flexing.

High-density 2048 RGB LED grid

A 64x32 resolution paired with a 5mm pixel pitch offers a clear balance of brightness and visual clarity for scrolling text, animations, and graphics. The display delivers a wide viewing angle of at least 160 degrees with an optimal visual distance between 5 and 58 metres.

Dual IDC ports for modular cascading

Dedicated DATA_IN and DATA_OUT IDC connectors allow multiple panels to be chained together into wider LED walls or long ticker displays. The unit comes complete with an IDC-to-IDC cable, an IDC-to-XH2.54 cable, and a power supply cable.

Controller compatibility and power needs

The panel operates at 5V with a maximum power consumption of 12W and requires an external power supply for stable operation. High-performance controllers with ample RAM, such as a Raspberry Pi or Mega 2560, are recommended over standard Arduino Uno boards.
