The 5V COB Red LED Strip Light delivers bright, continuous red illumination in a compact form factor. Running on a standard 5V supply, it is ideal for makers, hobbyists, and students designing custom interior accent lighting or battery-powered electronics projects.

Uniform red COB illumination

Featuring 16 LEDs covered by protective silicone encapsulation, this COB strip outputs 300 lumens of continuous 620nm red light. The continuous encapsulation design eliminates visible dot shadows to ensure smooth, even light distribution.

Compact dimensions and thermal management

The module measures 60 x 8 x 1.7 mm and includes a 70 x 20 x 3 mm aluminium heat sink. Mounting the strip onto the aluminium plate during long-term operation is required to dissipate operating heat and prevent light decay.

Low-voltage 5V power integration

Operating at DC 5V with a 600mA current draw and 3W power rating, this strip provides broad compatibility with standard 5V power banks and supplies. The solderable contact pads allow multiple strips to be connected in series or parallel.

Cabinet and maker project installations

Its ultra-thin footprint allows clean installation in confined spaces such as wardrobes, bookshelves, stairs, and display cabinets. It is equally suited for standalone, portable lighting builds running directly from battery packs.
