Description
This compact 3D Time-of-Flight depth sensor camera integrates a 100x100 ToF sensor and a built-in 1.14-inch LCD screen for real-time depth map previews. Designed for robotics students, makers, and engineers, it delivers reliable distance measurements from 0.15m to 1.5m. With native support for ROS1, ROS2, Linux, and Windows, it simplifies depth sensing and vision integration for autonomous projects.
Real-time LCD preview
The onboard 1.14-inch colour LCD provides immediate visual feedback by rendering colourised depth maps directly on the module. This allows for quick debugging and optical alignment without needing an external computer display.

Versatile connectivity options
Featuring both a USB 2.0 Type-C port and a 1.25mm UART interface, the camera offers flexible, plug-and-play communication with host controllers. It operates efficiently from a standard 5V 0.5A supply, keeping overall power consumption low.

Short-range depth accuracy
The sensor captures depth data at 100x100 resolution at up to 20fps, covering a detection range of 0.15m to 1.5m with measurement accuracy within 1%. It features a wide field of view measuring 70 degrees horizontally and 60 degrees vertically.

ROS1 and ROS2 compatibility
Built for modern robotics development, the module offers ready-to-use support across Windows, Linux, ROS1, and ROS2 frameworks. This enables swift acquisition of depth arrays for obstacle avoidance, gesture recognition, and SLAM navigation pipelines.
Lightweight embedded architecture
Driven by an onboard 32-bit RISC processor clocked up to 144 MHz with an integrated FPU, the unit executes on-device ranging algorithms. Measuring just 23.25 by 40.70 by 10.50 mm and weighing roughly 10g, it easily integrates into space-constrained smart appliances and mobile robots.
