Description
This 128x64 STN liquid crystal display module is powered by the ST7920 controller and connects easily to Arduino boards for interactive projects. It supports full graphics, English characters, and Chinese characters, making it ideal for students, hobbyists, and makers who require a clear visual interface.
Clear graphic and text display
The screen features a 128x64 pixel resolution with a wide 170-degree viewing angle on a 73x39mm visible display area. It displays crisp white text and graphics against a blue backlit background.
Dual parallel and serial interfaces
The module supports both 8/4-bit parallel control and 3-wire serial SPI communication. It ships in parallel mode by default and can be switched to SPI mode by moving resistor R9 to position R10.
Built-in backlight and contrast adjustment
On-board controls allow you to adjust the display contrast and toggle the backlight to suit your environment. It can interface with compatible Arduino shields using an IDC6 socket and Shiftout cable.
Power specifications and form factor
The unit operates on a 4.5V to 5.5V DC supply and measures 93x70x22mm overall. It provides an efficient, compact solution for adding graphical readouts to embedded microcontroller setups.
