18650 Battery Protection Module (12V 10A)

This 3S battery protection board enables makers and engineers to safely connect three 18650 or lithium polymer cells in series to build a reliable rechargeable 12V battery pack. It features built-in circuitry to guard against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, and short circuits.

Comprehensive multi-stage protection

The module actively guards each cell against overcharge voltages between 4.25V and 4.35V and over-discharge down to 2.3V to 3.0V. It also incorporates overcurrent and short-circuit protection with delayed self-recovery to maximise safety and battery lifespan.

Three-series lithium cell compatibility

Configured for 3S battery packs, the board supports 10.8V polymer and 11.1V 18650 lithium cell arrangements reaching 12.6V when fully charged. It handles a continuous working current of 5A to 8A with a peak transient discharge limit of 10A.

Compact and low-power footprint

Measuring just 50 x 16 x 1.0 mm, the slim board fits easily into tight enclosures alongside battery packs. It operates with an ultra-low quiescent current of less than 6uA and internal resistance under 60mΩ for high efficiency.
