Description
The Keyestudio Upgraded 4WD BT Multi-purpose Smart Car V2.0 is an interactive robotics kit designed for students, educators, and hobbyists looking to learn Arduino programming. This versatile DIY vehicle combines mechanical assembly with electronics, offering an engaging way to explore coding, sensor integration, and motor control.
Versatile multi-purpose functionality
This smart car supports multiple operating modes, including line tracking, obstacle avoidance, following, and gravity control. It also features a built-in display to show custom facial emoticons and can be confined within a circular boundary.
Solderless assembly and sturdy build
Most components connect easily using screws and copper pillars, requiring no soldering to complete the circuit. The robust four-wheel-drive chassis is powered by four premium motors and wheels for stable movement.
Comprehensive learning curriculum
The kit includes 17 progressive learning projects ranging from simple to complex to guide users through Arduino IDE C-language programming. Learners can access online tutorials, downloadable code, and libraries to master basic robotics concepts.
Flexible wireless control options
The robot can be controlled via an infrared remote control up to a distance of 10 metres, or through an app on iOS and Android devices. The Bluetooth remote control provides a reliable connection up to a measured range of 50 metres.
Expandable hardware platform
Equipped with a DRV8833 motor driver expansion board, the platform allows users to connect additional sensors and modules. This high extensibility makes it easy to customise the car and build your own advanced projects.
Power and motor specifications
Operating at 5V with an input voltage of 6-9V, the car features a DRV8833 motor driver and motors running at 200 rpm. The system supports a maximum output current of 2A and a maximum power dissipation of 25W.
Ultrasonic detection capabilities
The integrated ultrasonic sensor provides obstacle detection at distances ranging from 2cm to 400cm. It operates with an induction angle of less than 15 degrees to ensure precise navigation.
