The keyestudio Self-balancing Car Kit For Arduino Robot Kit is an educational, hands-on robotics platform designed for students, hobbyists, and makers. Arduino-compatible main control board

The kit uses the Keyestudio V4.0 Black Main Control Board as its core, paired with a specialised balance shield. This setup provides a reliable hardware foundation for processing sensor data and executing real-time balancing algorithms.

Real-time posture detection

Equipped with an onboard MPU-6050 sensor, the balance shield continuously monitors the vehicle's tilt and posture. This sensor data allows the system to make instantaneous micro-adjustments to keep the car upright.

Powerful dual DC motors

The propulsion system features 12V DC motors with a 1:30 reduction ratio, driven by the efficient TB6612FNG motor driver chip. These motors deliver a rated torque of 1.4 Kg.cm and a rated speed of 160rpm to ensure responsive movement.

Bluetooth control and tuning

The balance shield includes a Bluetooth interface compatible with Android devices via a dedicated app. Users can steer the car using key or gravity control modes, as well as adjust the balance angle and PID parameters directly from their smartphone.
