The Keyestudio 4WD Mecanum Robot is an advanced STEM programming kit designed for students, educators, and adult makers working with the Raspberry Pi Pico. Programmed using the Arduino IDE with C, this DIY smart car includes 12 projects to guide you from basic assembly to complex robotics control.
Integrated base plate for easy assembly
To simplify your build, the main chassis plate integrates the motor drivers, a three-channel line tracking sensor, dual infrared receivers, and programmable LEDs. This highly integrated design reduces complex wiring, making it highly accessible for beginners and hobbyists.

Mecanum wheels and adjustable speed
Experience agile, omnidirectional movement thanks to four Mecanum wheels powered by adjustable-speed motors capable of up to 200RPM. The system runs on a 5V operating voltage, drawing power from two 18650 lithium batteries with an input range of DC 6V to 9V.

Smart sensing and navigation
Navigate complex environments using the ultrasonic sensor, steering servo, and integrated three-channel line tracking sensor. Dual infrared receivers, positioned at both the head and tail of the chassis, ensure highly accurate signal reception during remote operation.

Programmable RGB and indicator lights
Bring your projects to life with four WS2812RGB LEDs that display a wide spectrum of colours, alongside two seven-colour lights that can be programmed as direction indicators. These onboard lights are perfect for visual feedback and custom light shows.

Dual wireless control modes
Command your robot wirelessly using either Bluetooth or infrared control. These flexible communication options allow you to interact with your custom code and drive the robot in real time.

Compact and efficient design
Measuring 134 by 181 by 75 millimetres, this compact robot has a standard power consumption of approximately 3W and a maximum power of 14W. It is RoHS-compliant and operates safely within a temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius.
