Grid Plates contain 4mm holes on a simple 8mm grid so that you have plenty of mounting options while staying on pattern. Grid plates provide a clean and simple way to build while maintaining compatibility with the rest of the Sheen Robotics build system!Steel Grid Plates provide greater strength than their aluminum counterparts. They’re excellent for cladding component joints. When a bit of extra strength is needed, the steel brackets are up to the task. Steel brackets are more resistant to bending under heavy stress.
