If something does not work
- Use the cable that came with the board. A charging-only cable looks identical and carries no data — this is the most common problem by far.
- Only one tab can hold the board at a time. Close the coding canvas or Board Rescue first.
- Stop always works, and leaves the screen and lights clear for the next demo.
