The Nylon Self-locking Hex Nuts is permanently attached to the thread with a special engineering plastic, so that the internal and external threads are tightened during the tightening process, and the engineering plastic is squeezed to generate a strong reaction force, which greatly increases the friction between the internal and external threads, providing a pair The absolute resistance of the vibration, which is completely distributed throughout the meshing section of the inner and outer threads, and the friction force is independent of the tightening pressure between the inner and outer threads. When the robot uses the locknut to fix the part, the robot can be effectively prevented from moving.
