Seamless Arduino Uno integration
Designed as a stackable shield, this board plugs directly into your Arduino Uno R3 control board to simplify wiring. It integrates energy collection, power management, and battery charging into a single compact footprint.

Dual-source battery charging
You can charge your external rechargeable batteries using either a solar panel connected to the solar port or an external power supply via the USB interface. The solar input port accepts a DC voltage range of 4.8V to 6V, while the USB port operates at 4.75V to 5.25V.

Regulated 5V power output
When connected to a 3.0V to 4.2V rechargeable battery, the shield's battery interface steps up the voltage to output a stable 5V. This provides a reliable power source for your Arduino and connected sensors.

Convenient DIP switch control
A built-in DIP switch allows you to easily control the power routing to your microcontroller. Sliding the switch to the ON position enables the connected external battery or USB port to supply power directly to the Uno R3 board.

Clear LED status indicators
Monitoring your power system is straightforward with two onboard LED indicators. The red CH LED lights up during charging, while the OK LED illuminates to signal that the battery is fully charged.

Compact and lightweight specifications
Measuring just 73mm by 51mm and weighing only 19.2g, this shield adds minimal bulk to your projects. It delivers a maximum output power of 3W (600mA at 5V) when running on battery power.
