The Keyestudio RPI 4-channel Relay 5V Shield is an expansion board designed to let your Raspberry Pi control high-power components. It is ideal for South African students, educators, and hobbyists looking to build home automation projects or smart controllers.
Isolated four-channel control
This shield features four SONGLE relays with input and output isolation designed directly into the PCB. It allows you to safely control high-power components like lights and motors using your Raspberry Pi.
Direct plug and play power
The shield plugs directly into your Raspberry Pi and operates on 5V. Onboard LEDs provide a quick visual status update for each relay channel.

Robust switching specifications
The relays support a maximum switching voltage of 250VAC or 30VDC, with a contact time of under 10ms. Rated loads include 10A at 250VAC, 125VAC, 30VDC, and 28VDC.
TTL level signal compatibility
The shield operates using TTL level control signals. It features a rated current of 10A on Normally Open contacts and 5A on Normally Closed contacts.
