Description
The Keyestudio Micro Bit Power Supply Shield is a dedicated expansion board designed to simplify power management and wiring for your BBC micro:bit projects. It is an ideal accessory for students, educators, and young makers learning to code and build portable electronics.
Simplified micro:bit power connection
This expansion board is specifically designed to make wiring your BBC micro:bit development board quick and straightforward. It allows you to safely power your micro:bit during classroom lessons or physical computing experiments.

Dual battery holder design
The board features interfaces to hold two-cell batteries, with each cell supplying 1.5V. This provides a convenient, portable power source for mobile robotics and untethered creations.

Integrated DIP switch control
An on-board DIP switch is included for controlling the power input. This allows you to easily switch your project on and off without needing to repeatedly unplug the wires.

Included JST connection cable
The shield is supplied with a double-headed JST-PH2.0MM-2P 24AWG red-black wire. This 170mm cable ensures a secure connection between the expansion board and your micro:bit.

Compact physical specifications
With a PCB size of 78 by 58 by 20mm, this compact board integrates neatly into your projects. It runs on an input voltage of DC 3V derived from two 1.5V batteries.
