Description
The Keyestudio Micro bit Honeycomb PS2 Joystick Module is an easy-to-connect analogue joystick designed specifically for the BBC micro:bit. Featuring a unique honeycomb shape perfect for crocodile clips, it is ideal for South African students, educators, and makers building custom gaming controllers or robotics projects.
Simple crocodile clip connection
Designed with a unique honeycomb shape, this module allows students and hobbyists to easily connect the joystick to a micro:bit control board using standard crocodile clip wires.

Analogue and digital control ports
The module features six ports, including two connected GND ports, VRx and VRy analogue outputs for directional tracking, and an SW digital output for the joystick button.

Push-button switch integration
To use the integrated SW push-button switch, some setups may require connecting an external resistor between the SW interface and the VCC port to ensure the digital signal is read correctly.

Compact and lightweight design
Operating at a safe DC 3.0V to 3.3V, this compact module measures just 40mm by 45mm by 31mm and weighs only 11.5g, making it perfect for handheld projects. It is also fully ROHS compliant.
