The Keyestudio KEYBOT Coding Robot Control Board Kit is an all-in-one mainboard designed specifically for building and controlling two-wheeled robotic cars. Combining an Arduino-compatible UNO R3 with a powerful motor driver, it is an ideal choice for students, educators, and makers looking to simplify their STEAM projects. The kit includes protective acrylic plates and mounting hardware to get your mobile robot up and running quickly.

This board combines an ATMEGA328P-AU microcontroller with a TB6612FNG motor driver chip on a single circuit board. It can directly drive two DC motors with an average current of 1.2A and a peak current of 3.2A, eliminating the need for a separate motor shield.

Easy sensor connections via RJ11

To simplify wiring, the board breaks out digital and analogue ports into eight RJ11 telephone sockets. This allows students and hobbyists to connect compatible sensor modules using a single plug-and-play cable, reducing wiring errors.

Bluetooth and servo expansion interfaces

The board features a dedicated Bluetooth interface fully compatible with the HC-06 module, alongside two servo interfaces mapped to pins D9 and D10. A dedicated small slide switch controls the serial port communication for the Bluetooth module.

Built-in buzzer and control switches

An onboard passive buzzer connected to pin D13 provides easy audio feedback for your programmes. The board also includes a large slide switch to control the external DC 7-12V power supply, a reset button, and a dedicated Bluetooth toggle.

Protective acrylic mounting hardware

The kit comes complete with two protective acrylic plates, four M3x15 double-pass copper pillars, and eight M3x10 inner hex screws. This hardware allows you to securely mount and shield the control board on your robotic chassis.

Powered by an ATMEGA16U2-MU chip for USB-to-serial communication, the board operates with a standby current of 47mA. It includes a 50cm blue USB cable for programming via the Arduino IDE and supports input voltages from DC 7V to 12V.
