The Keyestudio GUVA-S12SD 3528 is an analog ultraviolet radiation sensor designed to detect UV light intensity. It is an ideal component for students, makers, and educators building wearable tech, weather stations, or smart disinfection systems with Arduino.
Versatile ultraviolet light detection
This sensor accurately measures the intensity of ultraviolet light across a variety of environments. It is highly suited for integration into smart wearable devices like watches and phones, as well as outdoor monitoring systems.

Smart disinfection and flame monitoring
Beyond weather tracking, this module can be deployed as a UV flame detector or used to monitor UV light levels during sanitisation and disinfection processes.

Wide spectral detection range
The sensor features a spectral detection range of 240nm to 370nm, allowing it to capture a broad band of ultraviolet radiation. This makes it highly effective for UVA light measurements.

Simple analog output integration
Operating on a supply voltage of 2.5V to 5V, the sensor outputs an easy-to-read analog signal. This ensures straightforward compatibility with Arduino and other microcontrollers.

Precise electrical specifications
With an active region of 0.076 square millimetres, the sensor delivers a responsivity of 0.14A/W. It features a low dark current of 1nA and a light current of 101 to 125nA under 1mW per square centimetre of UVA light.
