Build and program three distinct forms: a soccer robot, a siege engine, or a handling robot. This flexibility allows students and hobbyists to explore different mechanical functions and real-world applications using a single kit.

Lego compatibility for creative building
The Beetlebot is fully compatible with LEGO building blocks, enabling users to expand and customise their robot's physical structure. This integration makes it easy to combine structural brick building with advanced electronic sensors.

Multiple smart sensing modes
Equipped with onboard sensors, the robot can automatically dodge obstacles, follow black lines, and track light sources. It also features atmosphere light control and an integrated display for showing pictures.

Simplified assembly and wiring
The embedded body design minimises complex wiring, allowing beginners to assemble the car in just a few steps. It integrates a motor driver and multiple sensors directly onto the chassis to streamline the build process.

Dual wireless control options
Control the Beetlebot remotely using either infrared (IR) or WiFi signals. The companion application is compatible with both Android and iOS systems, offering a clean interface for flexible control.

Expandable controller board support
The mainboard reserves dedicated ports for the Raspberry Pico board and ESP32 control board. This high compatibility allows advanced makers to transition to different microcontroller platforms easily.

Onboard lithium battery charging
An integrated charging circuit for 18650 batteries provides a cost-effective and convenient power solution. The system manages input voltages from 2.5V to 4.2V and outputs a stable 5V working voltage.

Technical specifications and dimensions
Measuring 176mm by 137mm by 130mm, the Beetlebot features a dual H-bridge motor drive capable of 200 rpm at 5V. The ultrasonic sensor detects obstacles from 2cm to 400cm away at an angle of less than 15 degrees.
