Dual-function optical sensing

This compact module integrates an ambient light sensor and an infrared LED proximity detector into a single 8-pin package. It communicates over a standard I2C interface at speeds up to 400kHz, making it easy to connect to your Arduino microcontroller.

Human-eye ambient light response

The ambient light sensor utilizes a double light diode to closely approximate the visual response of the human eye under low-light conditions down to 0.01 lux. This high sensitivity allows the module to function effectively even when mounted behind dark glass.

Pre-calibrated proximity detection

Capable of detecting objects up to 100 mm away, the proximity sensor operates reliably in environments ranging from bright sunlight to dark rooms. It features a fully calibrated design that eliminates the need for manual factory calibration of your terminal equipment.
