High-density LED grid

The display features 128 bright LEDs arranged in an 8x16 grid on the front of the panel. This layout provides a clear canvas for rendering custom graphics, icons, and text.

Integrated AIP1640 controller

Driven by an AIP1640 chip welded on the back, the board handles individual LED states efficiently. This dedicated driver reduces the processing load on your main microcontroller.

Simple I2C wiring

The module communicates via a standard I2C interface, requiring only four pins: GND, VCC, SDA, and SCL. This minimises the number of GPIO pins needed on your Arduino.

Adjustable display brightness

Through programming the AIP1640 chip, you can turn individual LEDs on or off to show custom patterns. The overall brightness of the LED display can also be configured directly in your code.
