Description
The INMP441 is a high-performance, low-power digital MEMS microphone module featuring a standard 24-bit I2S interface. It connects directly to microcontrollers and DSPs such as the ESP32 without requiring an external audio codec. This module is ideal for makers, students, and developers building voice-controlled projects and near-field audio recording applications.
Direct digital I2S connectivity
Featuring an integrated analog-to-digital converter and anti-aliasing filter, the module outputs 24-bit digital audio over a standard I2S interface. This allows direct connection to digital signal processors and microcontrollers without additional audio codecs.
High-definition sound capture
With an omnidirectional bottom-port design and a flat frequency response from 60 Hz to 15 kHz, the sensor captures natural sound with high definition. It delivers a high signal-to-noise ratio of 61 dBA and a sensitivity rating of -26 dBFS, making it suitable for near-field applications.
Efficient low-power operation
The module incorporates built-in power management and operates at a low current consumption of just 1.4 mA. It also provides high power supply rejection of -75 dBFS for reliable acoustic performance.
