Description
This DS18B20 digital temperature sensor breakout board accurately measures ambient air temperatures ranging from -55 °C to +125 °C. Operating from DC 3 V to 5 V, it transmits 9 to 12-bit digital measurements directly to your microcontroller over a single data line. It is an ideal addition for students, educators, and makers building weather stations or Arduino DIY projects.
Accurate digital temperature sensing
Powered by the 18B20 temperature sensor chip, this module provides reliable digital signal output across a wide range of -55 °C to +125 °C with an accuracy of ±0.5 °C. It serialises measurement results in 9 to 12 digital quantity format without requiring analog input pins.
Straightforward three-pin connection
The breakout board features a clear three-pin layout for power, ground, and digital signal output. It connects seamlessly to 3.3V or 5V power sources and standard digital pins on Arduino development boards.
Compact PCB footprint
Measuring only 20 x 11 x 12 mm, this compact PCB module fits easily into space-constrained DIY enclosures and prototyping projects designed to detect ambient air temperature.
