Controllino MAXI Arduino Compatible Open-Source PLC

The Controllino MAXI is an open-source, Arduino-compatible PLC powered by the ATmega2560 microcontroller. It delivers a balanced combination of compact sizing and generous input/output capacity for industrial control, maker automation, and classroom robotics. Equipped with built-in relays, an RTC, and various communication ports, it offers dependable flexibility for diverse automation projects.

Flexible control and processing

Driven by a 16 MHz ATmega2560 microcontroller, the Controllino MAXI provides responsive computing alongside an integrated real-time clock. It is designed as an adaptable, open-source automation controller that balances a compact physical footprint with extensive capabilities.

Extensive input and output capacity

This controller incorporates 12 analog or digital inputs and 12 digital outputs rated at 2A for 12V or 24V systems. It also includes 10 relay outputs rated at 230V 6A, accommodating a maximum input current of up to 20A.

Multiple communication interfaces

Connectivity options include an onboard Ethernet connector, two serial interfaces, and an RS485 interface. It also features dedicated I2C and SPI interfaces for connecting external modules and peripheral devices.
